Meet Mrs. Jenkins
My name is Sheena Jenkins and I have always dreamed of being a teacher ever since I can remember. I used to play school almost every single day with anyone who would sit and be one of my students. Rather that be my parents, friends, or my baby dolls. :)
I have been teaching a total of 15 years. I have spent most of my teaching career at Sterling Elementary and before that I worked at C.B. Greer Elementary. I have had the pleasure of working with grades Kindergarten thru 5th & am currently serving as a half time ESOL and half time EIP teacher for Golden Isles Elementary. I also have a background in the Air Force. I was in the Air National Guard for a total of 12 years. I worked in Logistics/Supply. I obtained the rank of TSgt before choosing not to reenlist.
I received my Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Armstrong Atlantic State University and later earned my Masters in Integration of Technology from NOVA University. I also hold an Associates Degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Logistics.
