Beginning with the 2024-25 school year, we will launch a new form of school-to-home communication called ParentSquare. This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection.
The platform replaces One Call Now, which we have used to send regular and emergency notifications through emails, texts and voice messages for more than a decade.
GCSS will send an invite code via text and email before Open House on Aug. 5 and 6 to all parents and guardians who have a mobile number or email in Infinite Campus, our student information system. After downloading the ParentSquare app, they can click on the link to join the GCSS ParentSquare account and sign in to the app or website.

Parents and guardians do not need to download the app; they will still receive notifications from the district and their school(s). It is important that we have the correct phone number and email in our database (Infinite Campus), so please contact your school if you do not receive an invite.
