2026-2027 GIES After School Application Links:

**Important Information:

Please complete a separate application for each child you wish to enroll in the GIES After School Program.  Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be considered.  Only one child can be on each form.  Applications for multiple children must be completed individually

• Applications will be reviewed after submission, for completion and accuracy.  Students with outstanding balances will not be enrolled.
• You will receive an email notifying you of your child's acceptance or denial.
• Additional instructions will be provided upon acceptance.
