Mrs. Fetzer

Mrs. Fetzer has been in education for over 30 years. She loved teaching special education in various grades and different settings including resource, inclusion and alternative schools for almost 15 years.. She then embarked on a second 15+ year career as a trainer for an Orton-Gillingham based reading program. When her family decided to move to Brunswick in 2018, a return to her first love of teaching brought her to GCSD. This year she is excited to teach Gifted Resource at Golden Isles Elementary. Mrs. Fetzer has two children - a daughter who is also a teacher and a son in high school. She loves spending time with her family on the water and traveling as much as she can.
